Description

Some designs are inspired by a found object, others by a picture or fashion accessory. In this case the designer found a piece of veneer that immediately caught her eye. The entertainment center was designed in reverse. Usually, the form begins, and the finishes/materials accentuate the shape, in this case she had a material and wanted to find the form to let the single material showcase its warm luster. The hardware was taken from a doodle out of boredom like a spirograph of crossing loops to become a 4-pointed burst of light against the veneers luster.
