Decor House Furniture is dedicated to giving you the best experience, from the moment you first interact with us to the moment your order is in your home. Decor House Furniture offers three delivery services, Standard Shipping, Premium White Glove Delivery, and International Shipping. Standard shipping is only available on orders being shipped within North America and is only offered on small accessory items (eg. lamps, vases, etc.). This service is to your curb and does not include any assembly, set up of new furniture, or removal of debris. Deliveries of this nature are made by trusted third-party carriers. Rates and delivery times are dependent on carrier and method chosen at checkout, as well as destination and scale of the order.
Premium White Glove Delivery
Premium White Glove Delivery is available on all furniture orders being shipped in the continental US and Canada. Our in-house team and trusted third-party partners ensure a quality experience. Our in-house professional delivery team services the following cities and their general vicinities: Miami, Keys, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Jupiter, Naples, Marco Island, Fort Myers, Sarasota, Tampa, Vero Beach, and Orlando. For additional information on local deliveries, please contact us. All remote deliveries will be serviced by trusted third-party partners. This service includes delivery, unpacking, assembly, professional installation in the desired room, and removal of all packaging and debris. This service does not include wall/ceiling mounting, wall anchoring, or any installation that requires electrical wiring. Premium White Glove Delivery is offered at $399 per item and delivery times are dependent on destination and scale of the order. Additional charges may incur for orders being shipped to Canada.
International delivery is available on most items. Standard Shipping is available on orders for small accessory items that are being shipped internationally. For large furniture orders, White Glove delivery is not available, and shipping must be arranged by the customer. Customers must contact us at email@example.com or call us at 305-448-6200 when arranging international shipping. You are responsible for providing a third-party freight forwarder and carrier of your choice that ships to the desired destination. We will gladly assist you with the freight forwarding process. We will warehouse your merchandise and ensure its security until all items within the order are complete and delivered to our warehouse. We offer a 30-day complimentary warehousing of goods. Once the 30-day limit is reached, a storage fee of 2% of the value of the order per month will be payable. Decor House Furniture will only warehouse items up to 6 months after the entire order has been delivered to our warehouse. After 6 months, you must provide us with an address to deliver to. The freight forwarder must sign off on the goods when they are picked up from our warehouse. Decor House Furniture will not be responsible for any damage that occurs once the goods leave our warehouse. Decor House Furniture is also not responsible for any damage that occurs in overseas transit. The cost of shipping and lead times vary depending on the destination and scale of the delivery. Should the delivery require extra protection, additional charges may incur for partial or full crating of goods.
At the time that your items are ready to be shipped, you will be contacted by our team or a third-party partner to schedule a delivery time with you in advance. On special orders, a 50% deposit is required at the time of purchase and at any point in time, the deposit must be maintained for all undelivered items. All undelivered items remain the property of Decor House Furniture and will not leave the premises of Decor House Furniture until payment is received in full. We offer a 30-day complimentary warehousing of goods. Once the 30-day limit is reached, a storage fee of 2% of the value of the order per month will be payable prior to delivery. Decor House Furniture will only warehouse items up to 6 months after the entire order has been delivered to our warehouse. After 6 months, you must provide us with an address to deliver to. For a successful delivery, please ensure that all furniture items will adequately fit through any access or entry points (eg. Doorways, stairways, elevators, hallways, etc.) to the desired location. You are responsible for any additional costs in relation to accessing your premises (eg. crane). If it is not possible for the products to be delivered, the products will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be responsible for additional transportation fees and re-delivery costs. For assistance with product dimensions and measuring your space, please contact us. On the day of delivery, we require the customer, or an individual eighteen years or older that the customer designates authority, to be present to sign for the delivery. Before signing for the delivery, please thoroughly inspect all items for any damages. In the unlikely event of damage, please notify the shipping company immediately, make a note on the delivery receipt, and file a claim directly with the delivery company. All damages must also be reported to us immediately at 305-448-6200, along with a written notification that must match all damages noted on delivery receipt with images, to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery. If the product is refused and the damage is noted on the delivery receipt, we will issue a free replacement. Should you refuse replacement, we will issue a store credit, or exchange minus 30% restocking fee at our discretion. Decor House Furniture is not responsible for any damages not reported at the time of delivery. Should you refuse to accept delivery for your order for any reason other than the product being damaged, you are responsible for all return shipping costs along with a 30% restocking fee and we reserve the right to refuse a refund for any rejected product.
Delays in shipping and production may occur. Our team quotes accurate lead times to the best of our ability. The shipping times we quote are estimates, not guarantees. If a delay occurs, we will notify you immediately and work to ensure that your products will still arrive to you in a timely manner. Please note that we work with some manufacturers overseas, and customs delays may periodically occur, which are beyond our control. Decor House Furniture is not responsible for any delays that occur due to manufacturer errors.
