Design & Craftsmanship
Built from oak wood and oak veneer and finished in Coastal Grey (VCF1882), the bed takes its texture from the wood itself: the horizontal channels in the headboard cast fine shadow lines, so the surface never looks flat. The frame rests on tapered legs that lift it slightly off the floor, and the whole piece belongs to the Balboa collection, where the same channeled detailing appears on matching pieces. The Theodore Alexander Balboa Bed accepts most adjustable mattress frames, and a 6" box spring is recommended.
