The table is built from khaya wood and khaya veneer with brass detail, then given the antiqued Castle Bromwich finish (VCF306) so the surface reads as inherited rather than new. Its lines follow a 17th century original: square top, honest joinery, a plank shelf laid between the legs. It comes from Theodore Alexander's Castle Bromwich collection, a family of antiqued khaya wood pieces that can be combined as a room grows.
