Telescopic Accent Table

The Theodore Alexander Telescopic Accent Table is a circular adjustable lamp table whose turned column telescopes on a brass action, so the top can be raised or dropped to suit a chair, a bedside or a reading corner. A brass swag cast gallery runs around the edge, and downswept legs give it a light, easily moved stance.

Design & Craftsmanship

Khaya wood and khaya veneer make up the column and top, with okoume veneer beneath and solid brass for both the gallery and the telescopic mechanism. The Ramsey Mahogany finish (VCF133) gives the mahogany-toned surfaces depth without turning them glassy, and the brass gallery is left to catch the light on its own. The Theodore Alexander Telescopic Accent Table is drawn from Theodore Alexander's Rep.li.ca collection, a group of careful reproductions of period English furniture.
