Caracole Balance Beam Ottoman

The Caracole Balance Beam Ottoman is a small upholstered ottoman and a study in detail. Two opposing birch bentwood frames in a Cloud finish are joined with Brushed Stainless hardware left intentionally exposed for an industrial touch, then dressed with Brushed Gold trim and Brushed Stainless ball feet. A Luxe Mohair cushion in Pewter sits on top, adding warmth and a subtle sheen. It appeals to anyone who wants a playful, sophisticated accent at the foot of a bed, beside a lounge chair or as extra seating in a living room.

Design & Craftsmanship

Introduced in Caracole's Fall 2025 collection, the Balance Beam gets its name from the way the two opposing bentwood frames meet beneath the seat. The Cloud finish on the birch keeps the wood light and airy, the Brushed Gold metal trim outlines the frame, and the Brushed Stainless accents and ball feet add a second metal tone. Because it is compact, the Caracole Balance Beam Ottoman fits where larger benches will not: in front of a window in a Brickell apartment, under a console in a Coral Gables hallway, or in pairs as a chic end-of-bed bench in a Pinecrest primary suite. The mohair cushion is soft underfoot.
