Design & Craftsmanship
Introduced in Caracole's Fall 2023 collection, the Gus is built on contrast. The case carries a Basalt finish, and the left leg facing is upholstered in suede fabric, so a striking matte black surface meets a soft, tactile one. The design reads as seamless, with storage folded into the form: one center drawer plus two drawers within the right leg facing keep pens, chargers and paperwork neatly out of view.
At 74 inches wide and more than 31 inches deep, the Caracole Gus Desk has space for a monitor, notebooks and a task lamp. It can anchor a home office in an Aventura condo, float in a Coconut Grove study facing a window, or serve as an elegant writing surface in a large bedroom sitting area.
