Caracole Open Enrollment Ottoman

Inspired by a neoclassical design, the Caracole Open Enrollment Ottoman is a modern take on the curule bench of ancient Rome, rebuilt as a double u-shaped ottoman that works as a seat, a footrest or a perch at the end of a bed. Two crescent-shaped wood forms are separated by a thin band of Majestic Gold and finished in Woodland Gray, a tonal beige with soft grey undertones, while a plush upholstered seat sits on top in a woven geometric fabric with lustrous accent threads. Design & Craftsmanship

The frame is the star: the two crescents mirror each other so the base reads as an open loop from the front, and the Majestic Gold band at the centre gives the wood a jewelled waist.
