Design & Craftsmanship
Designer Ashley Childers built the Elder collection around those organic knots, translating them into unexpected chair and bench frames that pair with textured fabrics. According to Global Views, each piece is made from hand-forged iron, a material chosen to express natural beauty and permanence. Here the frame wears a warm bronze finish, balanced by the soft ivory tone of the Cambric Stone upholstery; linen, polyester and manufactured wood are among the listed materials.
The Global Views Elder Bench is made in India. Place it in a Coral Gables entry beneath a round mirror for a quick perch while you slip on shoes, or pull it up to a dressing table in a Key Biscayne bedroom with whitewashed floors.
