Every line on the Theodore Alexander Wicken Nightstand bends. Bombe curves shape the sides, a serpentine front swells across the drawers, and figured okoume crotch veneers give the fronts their depth. Brass mounts and pulls add the classical note, tapered legs with brass caps lift the case, and at 26 inches wide it is a compact nightstand with genuine weight of character, after a Louis XV original of about 1770.

Design & Craftsmanship

Khaya and beech wood build the case, dressed with oak, morado, khaya and okoume veneers and finished in Heritage Brown (VCF2101), with Swirl Brown (LCF005) and Gold tooling (LT02) also listed among the finish materials. The curved sides are the hard part of a piece like this, and the veneer work follows them without a break. An anti-tip kit is included.
