An upholstered bed with a visible wood edge, the Theodore Alexander Catalina Upholstered Bed pairs a Fawn fabric headboard and rails with a smooth, straight-grain exposed oak trim finished in Dune or Earth. The contrast between soft upholstery and clean oak makes it a statement piece without ornament. It comes in Queen, King and California King.

Design & Craftsmanship

The frame is oak wood, with the exposed trim finished in either Dune (PCF1176.1J2G), a pale sand tone, or Earth (PCF1177.1J2G), a darker, warmer shade. The upholstery is Fawn (UP6169), a 58% cotton, 42% polyester fabric with cleaning code SW, with welting trim for a tailored outline. The bed accepts most adjustable mattress frames and a 6" box spring is recommended. Note that the Queen is offered in Dune, while King and California King come in Dune or Earth. Matched with the Catalina nightstands and dresser, the Theodore Alexander Catalina Upholstered Bed suits a Coconut Grove or Aventura primary bedroom.
