Some designs start with a travel find, and the Global Views Vetro Table Lamp began with a vintage lamp spotted on a trip to Venice. It brings together a crystal glass bell, burnished brass and a dramatic coolie shade, a trio that reads refined rather than fussy. At 31 inches tall and 22 inches across, it has real presence on a sofa table, a dresser or a generous desk.

Design & Craftsmanship

Ashley Childers designed Vetro for Global Views, keeping the spirit of the Venetian original while giving it a cleaner stance. The clear glass gives the lamp an airy body that seems to hold light, and the metalwork, which Global Views lists as iron, carries a warm burnished brass look. Together they create an artful statement that feels collected rather than new. The Global Views Vetro Table Lamp is made in China.

In an Aventura dining room, a pair set on a buffet frames the artwork above and adds a soft glow at dinner. In a Coral Gables study with dark wood shelving, a single Vetro on the desk brings sparkle without overwhelming the room. Clear glass also suits bright South Florida interiors, since it lets surrounding color show through.
