Small enough to move with one hand and tall enough to sit beside a deep sofa, the Theodore Alexander Catalina Accent Table is a drinks table with a quietly sculptural presence. The circular top is 12.25 inches across and treated with a stone-like porous finish, while the column and base are wrapped in figured ash veneer. It is the piece to add when a seating group needs one more surface but the room cannot take another full side table.

Design & Craftsmanship

Ash veneer over composite keeps the form light, and the figuring in the ash does the decorating; there is no carving, no hardware, nothing to distract from the grain. The Mineral finish top is porous and stone-like, so the surface feels cool and matte rather than lacquered. Two colourways are made: Earth (PCF1177.2G) and Dune (PCF1176.2G), the Earth and Dune finishes that run through Theodore Alexander's Catalina collection and let this table match a console or a larger accent table from the same group. In Coconut Grove and Key Biscayne interiors, where daylight is strong and palettes stay natural, the Theodore Alexander Catalina Accent Table reads as warm and neutral in either colour.
