The Theodore Alexander Judith Leiber King Bed is the all-wood expression of the Judith Leiber Couture collection: an oak bed frame with brass and mother of pearl detailing, offered in Mink or JL Martini. With its 64-inch height and couture-inspired ornament, it was designed for homeowners who want a bedroom that feels dressed rather than merely furnished.

Design & Craftsmanship

Every piece in Theodore Alexander's Judith Leiber Couture collection is artisan made, and this bed shows the approach in solid form. Oak wood and oak veneer make up the headboard and frame, while brass and mother of pearl accents supply the sparkle the collection is known for. The Mink finish and JL Martini are the two colorways, and both carry the same metal and shell detailing. The bed takes a US King mattress, accepts most adjustable mattress frames and works best with a 6" box spring. Because the frame weighs close to 300 pounds, it has a solid, permanent presence that suits a Pinecrest estate or a spacious Coconut Grove primary bedroom. The Theodore Alexander Judith Leiber King Bed coordinates with the collection's six-drawer dresser and other pieces in the same finishes.
